Post-Abortion Syndrome

Post-abortion Syndrome (PAS) is a form of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. This syndrome describes the problems you may experience when the painful emotions surrounding your abortion experience have not been dealt with. PAS can also affect the men and parents involved in the crisis pregnancy.

Symptoms may begin shortly after an abortion or not until many years later. Often, sysmptoms are triggered by another stressful event.

Life House offers help and support to men and women suffering from PAS. People who have had abortion experiences themselves are here to help you through this painful time.

PACE (post-abortion counseling and education) is a 10-week Bible study (Save-One) and support group offered by Life House to help men and women through PAS.

If you are intrested in participation in PACE or just want more information, call (270)753-0700.  You may also email us at lifehouse@murray-ky.net. All inquires are strictly confidential.
